Excellent! During our transaction I lost my grandmother in death-Fred was very understanding and made sure my Buyer had access to the property for the various appointments necessary for the 203K loan. He also worked with the Seller to allow us extra time for settlement with the difficult 203K loan process.All turned out well. We settled!

Wish I could give a negative star! I have had a way better experience with my past non-english speaking Slum Lord, then I have had with DJCRE! It takes them FOREVER to fix anything. If they say their ";comming on Monday";, bank on Monday...2 WEEKS FROM THEN! They use the most UNPROFESSIONAL careless crack-pot contractors that guarentee half-a** service and leave your place and half your stuff a wreck! A water bill was never received from them like they said they would send, and then came home to the water shut off with a notice saying HUNDREDS are owed to the city for water/sewer, not once...but TWICE! Shady isn't even the word for these guys! And oh yea, don't hold your breath waiting to get your security deposit back, unless your prepared to file a civil suit against them. I would love to call them scam artist's, but I can't because that would be giving them too much credit! Do yourself a favor, avoid the Cluster-F@$% and inevitable lawsuit that it'll take to get your security deposit back and take your business anywhere else except DJCRE!
