Best Trip Ever. I went away on the Feb. 25th weekend and had the best time. My hotel room was beautiful and the food at the hotel was good. The Eastern Light Getaways staff and hotel staff were very helpfuI. I was able to go outlet shopping. My favorite part was the concert seeing Trina, Ric Ross and Ludacris. I was sad when my weekend ended. I made new friends and can't wait to see them on my next trip!! I will go on another trip and I am bringing more friends along next time.

Babyface & Charlie Wilson. Recently back from a blowout concert at Six Flags with this company. The rains couldn't hold my group down as we partied and danced to unbelievable performances by Babyface & Charlie Wilson. Hotel we stayed at allowed us to party all night long too. Bring on the ski trip!!!!!

Worst Group Trip Experience EVER!. Attended "ski trip" the weekend of 02/18/11. While the concert featuring Fantasia and Frankie Beverly and Maze, was good, everything else about the weekend was disgraceful. Beginning with the accommodations. How can you justify shipping people off to a hotel in BALTIMORE, when they were expecting a resort in PENNSYLVANIA! Horrible experience. The hotel, in BALTIMORE, was crowed, which means they overbooked this trip by hundreds. If you wanted to do any "ski/winter activities", you had to travel an hour away from the hotel in BALTIMORE. The concert was an hour+ from the hotel in BALTIMORE. The customer service was bad, beginning with rude bus drivers and ill prepared and uninformed "tour guide/hosts". The buffet food was horrific, even by hotel food standards. It was just terrible. I honestly believe, that this company thought that since there was a lot of alcohol provided, they could get away with providing bad service and just put you up anywhere. They showed a total lack of respect for their customers. NEVER AGAIN!

Ski Weekend for the Old School R&B Weekend. I have attended several ski weekends in the past, but this event was the worst.

The staff of EASTERN LIGHTS were unprofessional, rude to the participants. We were basicly left in the cold.

We were told we would be at the HOLIDAY INN EAST. We arrivaed at the LANCASTER HOST, which was in terrible condition, the staff of ELG did not want to here the complaints that over 200 people were placing. The room that I was forced to stay in was floded, had mold up the wall smelled and was told they would not move me.

This is just the begining of the nightmare that my husbabd, my daughter, her girlfriend and I were subjected to from Friday until Sunday afternoon when I could leve and return home.

If you have any common sense please continue and google this company DO NOT LET THEM CONTINUE WITH THESE PRACTICES.

GREAT PARTY WEEKEND GETAWAY. Been on a number of their trips, So much to do in 48 hrs. Skiing, Shopping, roller skating, ice skating, bowling, snow tubbing, parties and more.

Great Trips. I have used them for over 10 years with few issues. My Group looks forward to traveling with them each winter.
