2B on the Road Travel Club had an unforgettable ski weekend in February. The whole weekend was filled with activity, something to do every minute. I didn’t have to leave the hotel at all. I dance until 4:00am each night/morning. I can’t wait to go on my next trip. I will be seeing you Eastern Light Getaways for the Crab Feast in July book me. Diane P.

I was very disappointed with eastern light getaway over our weekend getaway ski trip on 2/8/13 2/10/13. The entertainment was cancelled and they gave us other groups, but the comedian was not paid so that person did not perform. We did pay for that person whomever it was. Plus they had us to believe that we were staying at the remodeled hotel and put us in the back hotel that is so old it's a dump. I didn't like the fact that Eastern Light Getaways sent our first groups to North Carolina to perform. With some of the breakfast meats could have had a little more variety. They put the shrimps out after everyone had already eating. The hotel was a mess and they had the nerve to inspect our room like we did something to it. My nephew's wife couldn't make the trip at the last second, your company would not allow us to put someone in the room with him so he wouldn't lose his $375.00. I don't see anything wrong with switching another person to take the place of another. But because your company is so greedy I look at it like your company is like a con man. But because our group did go to party we had to make the best of it. I had a good time. But in the near future please don't do this to us again, it was our first time using your company and you would have thought that you would take care of us to keep us coming back.

I can't wait to see what winter trips will come next year. Every year I go I have a blast. I love the comedians and all of the entertainment. I was suprised when they started having the concerts at one main arena, but i enjoyed it all the same so either way it doesn't matter. The best shows, at an affordable price!

Great time had By All. I have been traveling with ELG for the past few years. I find the staff to be second to none. The trips are affordable, hotel accomodations and food worth the money. The weekend is packed with activities making the time soar. The concerts have been very exciting. The artists mingle with the fans up close and personal.

As an Event Planner, it has been a pleasure to work with ELG thereby offering my clients a funfilled weekend and a bang for their buck. Plan your next weekend gettaway with ELG. You wont regret it.

Great Trip. I have used Eastern Light Getaways for 5 years now and love the trips. The concerts rock and the entertainers show up. I have seen Fantasia, Frankie Beverly and the Maze and this past winter The Isley Brothers and Stephanie Mills. Alot of great memories made with friends and family. We love the PJ party on Friday night and always dress for the occasion its so fun. The open bar is just that open and they always have a great selection of drinks. We hit the outlet stores for shopping on Saturday and the casino on Sunday. The hotels are always clean and very nice. Definetly try out a tour you will have a great time.

Nothing Like It. I have done many trips with Eastern Light both Ski trips and Seafood Getaways and all of my experiences have been wonderful the staff at Eastern Light overall works with u Julie who has been my representative from day one has always been there for any problems or questions I have had..From the Pj Parties to the Comedy Shows, Pool parties also the Theme parties my groups have always had a ball..Open Bar is exactly that with no complaints.. The Hotels that I have been to I rarely had complaints if so they were handled I do recommend going thru Eastern Light for your next getaway for I have experienced nothing but the Best!!!!

HAVE A BALL ALL WEEKEND LONG!!!. I have been doing these kind of trips now for several years. I have also used other companies but none compare to what ELG has given me in concerts,activities,hotel comfort,and customer service. No other Tour Operator has given me Top Knotch entertainment (that really shows up) like ELG. Always plenty of food to go around and the bar was always fully stocked withTopShelf brands that my friends and I enjoy to drink(Henny,Aliza,Barcardi,Absolute ect). Our trip was fun from start to finish starting from our luxury bus (we called it THE PARTY BUS)to our 1st nite @ the Pj party. I read some of the pass reviews and must say if your hotel changed "U PAID LATER THEN 30 DAYS B4 THE TRIP" as there Tour Agreement states. Any issues with the hotel stay should be address with the hotel cause at the end of the day I don't think ELG owns the hotels or the buses they just rent them. There has been some rowdy ppl on these trips I have been on but if you were talk to as if you were a child then maybe u or part of your group deserved it (just a thought) anyway this is my review of this company and there trips that I have attended in the past and plan on doing in the future......YO GO EASTERN LIGHT YA'LL ARE THE BOMB!!!

Ghettoways!. First of all I'd like everyone to know that I am of sound mind and body when I say this I'm surprized that this company was even given a license to operate. I would like to commend "Joe Scandariato" our bus driver on bus #233 that got us all safely from point A to B while dealing with rudeness from our so-called tour guides. Now speaking of the tour guides they were some of the most disfunctional, unorganized people I'd seen. They treated the adults like children, there were never any clear guidance on all of the events, one of the tour guides cursed at us and most of the time did not know how to get to half the events and the acommadations weren't the greatest at the Eisenhower Hotel. The concert wasn't bad but would have been better if we were told exactely when to get on the busses to get back to the hotel. The best meal was the last day and that ain't saying much. They charge a whole lot of money for a whole lot of nothing. So, if you want a weekend getaway where the food sucks, you get cursed at and you get treated like a child? Don't join the military just go on an Eastern Light Getaway! Not!

Concert Tours. I've been a promoter from Philly for over 20 years. The last four I have been organizing trips with this company. Tours are inexpensive and a great value which is good for my group. Since they added concerts it has helped me grow my group base, too. A real WIN - WIN!

Eastern Light Getaways Crab Feast 2011...Worst thing ever. If I could give this company a minus 10 I would. This was the worst experience ever for the15 of us and the crab feast was a crab mob! No crowd control, no guidance, no class, just a hot MESS! Roaches at the Eisenhower in Gettysburg, PA. The crabfeast was held at the Six Flags park; most of us were over 40 and had NO desire to be at an amusement park, the food was horrible at the feast AND at the Eisenhower. A true rip off and we will NEVER do that again. And they had 1 top shelf drink and that was Hennessy...the rest was mid-shelf at best. What a rip off and false advertisement for the 8/12/11-8/14/11 trip!
