Fantastic Store!

I loved going to this store. They actually moved to Abington to a bigger store. It made shopping for a gown so much easier. We picked out our bridesmaids dresses there and they had reasonable prices. The sale help was also good. They kept showing us swatches for each dress that we liked and I even got to take some home!

Although I didn't find my dress there, I did find the perfect dresses for my bridesmaids and my MOH. After getting measured all of my girls told me the same thing: how nice they were treated at Betty's. The dresses came in, in the exact time they told me. They even shipped to my out of town girls for free! When I go back to pick up some sashes I'll be looking to get my shoes and accessories there b/c the service was great. Thanks again!

Completely unprofessional!

The only reason that I went to this bridal shop was b/c they had the after six dresses that I had seen in a magazine. I should have known from the get-go that this was going to be bad news. First off the store just seemed dirty. The times I went the staff seemed to be doing way too many things at once and I could barely get their attention. But I stuck it out b/c I wanted these dresses. My girls and I ordered the dresses approximately 8 months before the wedding they came in about 3 months before the wedding (why it took so long i don't know). When 2 of the girls went to pick up their dresses they had ordered the wrong ones. Not only that but they tried to blame me for the mix up, saying that I had confirmed with them this order. I had to wait over A MONTH for them to get the right dresses in. It took a bridesmaid calling them and complain and then all of a sudden the dress was miraculously there 2 days later. Now here is the kicker...I have a very tight schedule and have to get this last dress picked up b/c my bridesmaid is going out of the country I call a few days earlier to confirm they are open until 4. I leave work early to pick up her dress and get there at 3:40 and they are closed! I now have to rearrange my work schedule AGAIN to get this dress. If you are looking for a professional stress-free experience you WILL NOT find it here!!!
