Cowan's Flower Shop is ok. My sister-in-law and I went looking for a bridal bouquet for my brother's wedding and happened upon Cowan's. Nice but unmemorable. Adequate selection of arrangements but again unmemorable.

nice but no. My family went on a tour to find the perfect flowers for my daughter's wedding. Cowan's was one of the shops we went to.They had nice arrangements but we went somewhere else.
