Most impressive. Very informative. Unfortunately, I came in with unrealistic expectations and could not afford surgery, but the level of service & the doctors knowledge was most impressive.

I was very happy. I especially liked my experience when it was the same person taking care of me. I didn't have to explain all again, she knew what needed to be done. I was very happy.

Never uncomfortable. I was so pleased with the outcome of the laser hair removal that I came back for more treatments on different areas. Also, during treatments, I feel very relaxed and never uncomfortable. I have even recommended Monarch to friends, family, and co-workers.

I'm very pleased with the outcome. I originally went to the Monarch Medspa for a facial rejuvenation, but discovered they do many more varied procedures. After reviewing their menu of services, I opted for a few more things. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I will keep going back. I really wanted to get laser hair removal and didn't know much about it. After calling Monarch, I won't go any where else. My phone consultation was great and they answered all of my questions. I was still nervous when I went in for my appointment and everyone eased my nerves. From the front office staff to the nurse who performed my treatment, everyone was very helpful and professional. I will keep going back and have already have a couple of friends going.

Very friendly, efficient. They were very friendly. Very efficient. I was in + out. I love coming here. They always greet me + take good care of me from start to finish.
