I got the package of the harmony series which is to tighten up your skin and lighten any discoloration.....for one thing they WILL NOT...let you get a copy of your contact for any procedure....They make you pay in full which i did for hair removal and harmony series....they say, oh yea we will get rid of all the hair, first treatment nurse tells you, it won't get rid of all maybe half.....anyway...saw great results for the first 4 treatments of the harmony and lip hair removal.....5th result of harmony burned my face because they increase levels but ok no pain no gain right?.....then after a few weeks i noticed long black hair growing all over my face and neck.....did research found information that the lazer has been known to stimulate hair growth....let the manager know forward ALL information plus my doctors findings, they tell me it's harmonal.....they tell me i can NOT get my money back that i can ONLY get credit and as a courtosy they will do my whole face and neck for a discount on the hair removal.....the hair removal they offer is a joke too, it all grew back and i have had ten treatments on my lip and it all came back...now, i have to spend thousands to fix what they messed up....do yourself a favor find a real place....

WORST EXPERIENE OF MY LIFE. I HAD BREAST IMPLANTS PLACE MAY OF 2011 AT MONARCH MED SPA....THE DOCTOR AND DISCUSS "MY" WANTS AND WE AGREED ON A SIZE. WHEN I CAME OUT OF SURGURY I LEARNED THAT THE DOCTOR DECIDED THAT HE WANT TO INSERT A TOTALLY DIFFERENT SIZE. I WAS SO MAD. I COMPLAINED AND ANOTHER DOCTOR AGREED TO "FIX" MY BREAST AND CONVINCED MY TO PAY FOR THE MISTAKE. I PAID FOR THE WRONG PROCEDURE AND THEN THE DOCTOR WANTED TO CHARGE ME SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS TO FIX HIS ASSOCIATES MESS UP. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND MONARCH MED SPA....NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. I AM NOW PAYING A TRUSTWORTHY DOCTOR TO REVISE MY BREAST.

Save your money. I am completely boggled with how this company received 5 stars. I know quite a few people that have went to Monarch for services and have been very disappointed. Speaking on behalf of myself, I started at Monarch (as a client that is) over two years ago for tattoo removal. I was advised that it would take me 8-10 treatments to have my tattoo removed. I was also advised that some colors are a little more difficult to remove then others. Well I

Wow, we really got 5 star treatment there. Wow, we really got 5 star treatment there. I made the appointment for my boyfriend for tattoo removal and the woman I spoke too was so friendly. She explained everything to me, gave me all the available options. Set up a time right away and once we were there, it was clean and everyone was friendly. She was very patient with my boyfriend and I who had a lot of questions, and really went over everything. Got him approved for a pay off plan right there and set up and appointment for him. I was so happy with the overall treatment we received, the knowledge and the interest the staff had in helping us.

would recommend it to anyone. I went to Monarch for a Vitalize Peel to decrease the visibility of my acne and acne scars. Their friendly and helpful staff made me feel really comfortable and at ease. They gave me lots of information, options for possible treatments and let me decide which was best for me. I was so happy with the experience I returned to do Vaser lipo, knowing I was in good hands. I love Monarch, would recommend it to anyone and continue to be a loyal customer!

Secure, warm and welcoming. If you are weary about any form of cosmetic surgery, Monarch Med Spa is definitely the place to go to help you figure things out for yourself. The environment is very secure, warm and welcoming. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment until the final steps, the staff of Monarch Med Spa knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable. I would even go as far as saying that the care and concern their staff provides for you is phenomenal. Any question or issue I had, they took care of it quickly and helped me work everything out. I definitely would recommend you consider choosing Monarch Med Spa for your cosmetic needs

Most impressive. Very informative. Unfortunately, I came in with unrealistic expectations and could not afford surgery, but the level of service & the doctors knowledge was most impressive.
