Colonial’s service specialist Joseph is excellent. He is very friendly, professional, and highly skilled. He was able to fill and blend the chip so perfectly the area is completely invisible. I really appreciate his willingness to help us over come and resolve the obstacles we have had. We are really proud to say we have what is representative of your highest caliber of craftsmanship. I'm a Cat Scan tech, I work in the Jefferson and Main Line health systems as well as go to school at Widener. My wife is a Nurse practitioner who works at AI Dupont. Between the two of us we have probably conveyed our positive experience to several hundred people through word of mouth and social media. The main thing that I have conveyed to people is that every company will promise you the white glove experience in the showroom while you’re buying their product. Colonial displays the highest level of integrity You are an excellent communicator, from the outset Colonial gave us the reassurance that you were going to work hard and help us resolve this. Everyone we have dealt with has displayed what I can only describe as service before self. Meaning no one I have dealt with was concerned about finishing the job quickly; they were most concerned with doing the job to the best of their ability while providing outstanding customer service. At the end of the day I am left with the feeling that Colonial truly strives for and achieves excellence in all that you do. I hope as I continue to advocate our positive experience to our friends, family and coworkers they will smartly choose Colonial to do business with.

I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Colonial. From the office staff who set the appointments to their workers who came into our home - they were all very professional. The gentleman who 'templated' our granite countertop and the two installers who were here arrived on time and were very courteous. We are more than happy with the service we received from them. Thanks to Colonial for making this aspect of our kitchen renovation a pleasant one.

I just wanted to say how much we all love the countertops and new sink! I also wanted to say what a great service we received from this company. I've never ever dealt with such a professional service in my entire life. There simply is no comparison.......these people are top notch! My kitchen is now like Christmas every day, Butterfly green and a red ceiling fan! Every time I look at my countertops, I can think of what a great experience with Colonial Marble&Granite I had.........like I said, it is most refreshing.

My wife and I have spent probably the last two years working with Colonial in an attempt to find the right granite. They have displayed an incredible amount of patience and understanding, and I wanted to bring their skills and talents to light. This isn’t probably a very, very difficult process for most people, but I was thrilled with their ability to help us pick out the right top for us! We are looking forward to having the granite installed in the next two weeks, and I wanted to point out the wonderful job that the sales team has done.

OMG...I cannot believe it. Not only was my granite perfect for my kitchen...it was a painless process from start to finish. I can only hope the backsplash tiling is as easy.

Thanks to Michael Goldstein for his excellent sales service...gently guiding me to the perfect edging.

Thanks to the template crew. Very professional...very careful with my home.

Thanks to the install crew. What wonderful workmen. Very precise..ask the right questions BEFORE they did anything. Came on time, left no mess behind them. Amazing!

And, last but not least, thanks to Vladimar the plummer. He wasn't scheduled until Sunday but he came on Saturday so I am up and running in one day!

I dreaded this process. I can't believe how easy it was.

The entire staff at Colonial Marble and Granite is to be commended for their excellent customer service. I'm looking forward to getting the backsplash done and enjoying my wonderful new kitchen.

The Brown Antique piece that was delivered is beautiful! Thank you for the quick turnaround and for showing me the variety of choices that are in the display and warehouse rooms. We'll definitely be back for more rooms!

What could only be described as a “wonderful surprise and a wonderful shopping experience. Making the drive from Montoursville PA to your location wasn’t our first choice but purchasing our counter top from you was. Your huge selection, patience and interest in making our kitchen something to be proud of really impressed us and made the drive all worth while!

My wife and I visited your showroom with the intention of just looking at options. Rob took us through the slabs of granite and in no time we picked out our countertops. I kept saying to Rob, "what's the catch?" It all seemed to be too good to be true. The price, the product, quick template and installation. We put a down payment on the granite and left, it was too easy! The bottom line is that the templating and installation were done to fit my schedule. The crew that came out for the install was awesome. Professional, quick and things went perfectly. The kitchen is spectacular! We could not be happier. Everyone will know that we got them from Colonial and the price of the project was reasonable and I'm sure cheaper than anywhere else we would have went. THANK YOU!!!!
