My friends and I ordered 2 large pizzas, and cheese fries. When they arrived at my apartment, I was missing one large pizza & the cheese for the fries. I called Ralph's to explain this. The employee on the phone couldn't hear me, apparently. Eventually he hung up. I called back. He hung up again. My boyfriend then called back, using my phone, and they finally agreed to deliver the pizza and the cheese sauce. At this point, the proper etiquette would have been not to charge us for the second delivery, as it had taken 45 minutes and the other food was cold already. They charged us.
I had previously ordered from Ralph's a couple times a month. This was the first time the service was so poor it made me angry enough to write a review. If you do order from them, make sure you are clear and concise or you risk having to deal with their poor customer service.
