I agree with the rude customer service. They don't seem to understand the simple business concept that the customer is always right. I dealt with Lauren the manager she was rude, ignorant, unprofessional, and obstructive. This woman should not have a job dealing with the public. She even called me back to argue more. I will never go to ame again nor will I recommend to others. My visit there was a horrible experience.

Amazing time, You have to go!. I have been an AME client for years and have referred many of my friends and family there. It is too bad the people below me have had "bad experiences." The staff is very friendly, very knowledgable, and talented. A year ago I had a large bridal party at AME and was concerned with timing due to the amount of people in my party. To my suprise, we all got out of AME right on time and looked absolutely smashing! Everyone in my party got updo styles and make-up applied with not one single issue. Because of my amazing experience and my amazing stylist, I have two friends that will be using AME for their weddings as well.

IMPRESSIVE. Overall great experience. Received a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to upgrade and make a full day out of it. Once I arrived I was very impressed. I was treated as if I was the only client there. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Great team at AME. I already scheduled an appointment to go back and get a facial and massage in a month. At some point I do plan on getting my hair done there...the people who walked out after getting their hair done looked great!

NEVER AGAIN - UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING INSULTED. I had been a client at Ame for over 5 years for cut & color. When my stylist who I loved left, I tried one of their other stylists - big mistake that just kept getting worse until the horrible managers at Ame added insult to injury.

I paid $75 for my haircut. When I got home and rewashed, I realized it was significantly uneven, longer on one side. That stylist was not in the following day, so management sent me to a different stylist at a $45 price point to 'correct' the mistake. They were not upfront about her experience level - I had to ask. While she was nice, she messed up my hair worse - for free of course.

While offering for me to come in yet a 3rd time for free-for the original stylist to cut yet more of my hair off, when I said I wanted both that AND my $75 dollars back, I was then rudely told that they were tired of apologizing to me, asked if they (she the manager) should feel bad for the rest of her life, and promptly told me I was no longer welcome as a client.

Unbelievable. My hair looked so bad that my co-workers asked if I cut it myself over the weekend. After the embarassment and all the time spent going back and forth, to simply ask them to fix the issue and refund my money was not asking a lot. Their complete lack of respect for their clients deserves them going out of business. Go here at your own risk!

Can't go wrong with any of their services. I just moved to the area and AME was highly recommend. I was hooked from my first few visits in the spa. I def. would recommend the physicians rx facial.

I recently had my cut and color done there and i was so impressed with the results. They turned my beat up summer fried hair into natural looking sun kissed hair. So glad I found this place!!!!

Friendly Staff, excellent treatments. I have been going to Ame since they moved into this facility and love every minute I get to spend there. Nails...massage..hair I have had it all done. They even did my wedding party. Now I have to comment on a previous comment left by another because it is not fair to Ame- if you were late then you cannot complain about being taken in for your treatment in a timely manner. They were waiting for you to arrive! So many people have gone to Ame and get there without a problem, so they probably did not follow directions correctly to be so far off track. And just because someone "checked- in" on you, does not mean they want you off the porch. They may have been checking in to make sure you were not missing another appointment, to make sure you did not need anything and your needs were met. the louge chairs are there for that very reason- to lounge! that said, Ame is wonderful and disregard the comments made by one disgruntled person. there is a reason why Ame has won numerous awards from the mainline to philadelphia magazine.

Not a pleasant experience. A friend and I were having a spa day together. I followed the directions on the website which took us nowhere close to the spa. After calling and notifying them I was running late and asking for direction from where I was currently at, I received not so great customer service and practically had to plead for someone to give me directions. Once I arrived at the spa, I had just sat down to relax on the porch when they called my name for my treatment. I can't remember what I had...it wasn't that memorable. My friends treatment didn't start until the tail end of mine so I returned to the porch to get some relaxing in. I noticed I was being "checked" on when finally a staff member came to me and asked if I had another appointment. I explained...no my friend is having her treatment now, I'd rather sit here and relax than shower and sit and wait. I was told she would be out very soon...hint...they didn't want me on the porch. I took a long shower and my friend still did not get out of her treatment until after my shower to which I had to sit and wait for her to get ready exactly what I wanted to not do. I thought the whole idea of a spa was to relax and enjoy and I hardly got that here. My friend also was not happy with massage, saying it was probably the worst she's had. I would not go again and definitely would not recommend this spa to anyone else.

good pedicure. well, I usually go elsewhere for my spa services but I had a gift certificate for this spa so made an appointment, parking was not great, people were very friendly and I had one of the best pedicures ever. I am considering continuing to come here for my pedicures!

Fairly good. Nice Ambience, easy parking, friendly service. I had a great cut from Brandy but I would say my colour was okay, not great. The people are very friendly.
