WONDERFUL

I've read the other reviews and I don't understand what they are talking about. Car pretty is definitely the best window tint shop around. I've been going there for years and they have always been very professional, quick and amazing work. I would never take my car to another place. There will always be unhappy people, but I've read plenty of reviews on other searches and all of those have said how great this place is. You won't find better work in the Northeast!

AVOIDDDD THIS PLACE!

I took my car down to get two front windows tinted to match my factory tint. When i got there, they had me waiting for hours because there guys were out tinting some kind of building. With them finally coming back they did my windows and did a decent job. Just came back down the other day and had some dust in my one window which was making lines that were noticeable and bubbles in my other. Since they rushed, they did my driver window and my passenger twice. Now since they rushed, i have a mark on my driver side window from one of their tools. I called the owner Steve, who has no customer service skills whatsoever and basically told me this is ridiculous, you've been in so many times to have it re-done..... Well Steve, maybe if your guys didn't rush the job would be fine and you'd never see me again. But the film is lifetime warranty and they have to honor that no matter how shitty there people skills are because they have none. Really need to work on that and how they treat their customers if they want people to keep coming back..

Mediocre job, terrible customer service

Brought in my brand new car to get tinted. The staff wasn't friendly at all, especially the owner. The car was not ready when promised. When I came to pick up the car, no one explained anything. They just gave me the keys and said I'm good to go. The back windshield had all kinds of bubbles, while the part that had a dot matrix looked like an utter disaster. When I brought the car back in 3 weeks, they said they could try to fix it, but it might not look a whole lot better. When I wanted the tints off due to their poor quality, they said they'd have to charge me (so much for the lifetime warranty).

I took the car to another shop to have the back window de-tinted and re-tinted and it came out PERFECT. Looks as if it was factory-tinted. Car pretty gets a lot of good reviews, but they completely screwed up with my car and tried to brush me off when I complained. Seems like their lifetime warranty is very conditional and is somewhat of a scam. Heard a lot of good things, but would never recommend to a friend, especially for an expensive car and even more so if you care about good customer service.

Shop around and avoid these clowns

Its a shame it had to come to this because this is coming from a once loyal customer of car pretty. I have been going to car pretty since its old location off of grant ave. I've had lets see here... 98 neon R/T,01 ford focus,03 sebring,92 mitsubishi eclipse, 08 ford focus all done by car pretty over the years. i always noticed the owner had a i dont give a blank attitude but that really didnt bother me because he does good work but today was the final straw. My wife called in a few days ago to get a quote on a 2007 2 door chrysler tinted the price ? 160 ...fair enough. i call up today and the price magically went up to 190 ! its a 2 door car with small windows... how can my 4 door focus cost less ? i asked the gentlemen why the price was so high and he got real offended ... talking about how its more tedious to do 2 door cars and how the angles are difficult ..... yeah right buddy ! I'm no sucker. I mentioned i've been there numerous times before but he didn't give a **** and pretty much said well we're here if you want service. I called my buddy and he recommended a place on state rd and princeton and sure enough the price was only 130 and get this.... they use Llumar film and its also computer cut with lifetime warranty. Car pretty does good work but look else where to avoid getting robbed and treated like your an idiot....my chrysler looks just as good if not better than the work car pretty does and ive got an extra 60$ in my pocket.

Well I got my car tinted at CAR PRETTY. They did a great job the first time took care of me treated me like a king. A few months later I sent a friend of mine over there to get his car tinted also. They took care of him. While I was there I told him about how the tints are all scratched up from bottom of the window to the top. The workers gave me this funny look like I was nothing then said something about sand from the beach got into the windows so they won't correct the problem. I spoke to the owner about it and he agreed to correct the problem I brought my car back in to get fixed he just gave me the run around. I had a very bad experience with these people they'll take your money and just kick you to the curb. Also if you do decide to get your car tinted from them make sure you get a receipt. He didn't offer a receipt when I first went there he just said we have it in file.
