Don't use Sky Steamers they'll destroy your carpets.

Oh, my God, I was given a 10:00am appointment, but they didnt show up till like 5;00pm and the ad said 39.95 plus 10% off with coupon, wrong, when they got here, they said I cant get the basic cleaning and that I need the deodorant and shield cleaning. I paid like 100.00 dollars they wouldnt even give me a reciept, and the ad did say that deodorant was including in the cleaning, But when they got here it was a different story.Lies,lies,lies . Then to top it off, my rugs are still dirty, my niece spilled a cup half a cup of water on the rug, I immediately got it up with my carpet steamer and thats when I discovered that the rugs were still dirty, the water that was being sucked up was not clean at all. The did a rush job, but was fast to take the money. Also, I called several times to tell them that my carpet is still dirty and now it smells like mildew. They will not answer the phone. I even had several people to call them just to see if they would answer the did return their calls, but they wont answer or return my calls. I left several messages. Still didnt call. Plus its not even a business number its a Tmobile cell phone number. Dont get burned like me, take your business else where or , well you'll see. Oh , then guess what, when they had turned that big machine on, water was dripping all over my carpet, and then it was splashing all over my flat screen tv. I hope my tv dont have water damage in the inside....Oh I'll have to buy a new tv too... Sooo pissed........I will be calling the better business beau on them.

Make sure to understand what it is you're contracting them to do (deep cleaning, steam cleaning). they did a good job for us.

We got our couches cleaned. In the end, they did a good job. Just make sure you understand the difference between a steam cleaning and a deep cleaning.
