I thought the horshradish salmon was awesome. The servers were promt and friendly. I have not had time to see the entertainment live yet. By all indications I look forward to comning out on the weekend. THis is without a doubt the best spot to go in east Norriton

We really enjoyed the ambiance - felt just like a sea-side caribbean restaurant. When we ate there (2 times) it was not terribly noisy as many restaurants are. The food was wonderful and very reminiscent of our many visits to caribbean islands (goat stew, wonderful spices, etc). However, we did think the prices were a bit high but prices are subjective.

Living in this area, it sometimes feels like every restaurant serves pizza, cheese steaks, or bar food. Don't get me wrong; there are some great restaurants around here, but I was in a bit of a rut. Then we went to Blue Sky. This place is definitely something different, as is evident from the rum and tequila lists that each have about 20 offerings, including Sailor Jerry, my favorite spiced rum. The beer list is similarly extensive, though I was a bit disappointed to see they didn't have any local brews on tap. But what about the food. The menu is quite varied, including plenty of sea food, as well as ribs, lamb, duck, and even ox tail, all with a Caribbean flavor. Additionally, there are several specials each night. My husband and I shared a scallop appetizer special, that included a creamy sauce and sweet corn. It was quite flavorful. For entrees, I had the Slash & Burn snapper and he ordered the braised ox tail. All entrees come with chef's vegetable. The night we were there, that meant a side of black beans and rice and some sauteed vegetables, including carrots and collar greens. My snapper was so good, with just the right amount of heat and cooked perfectly. My husband couldn't believe how tender and flavorful his ox tail was. We were both happy that we would have enough food to take some home for lunch the next day. Though we were stuffed, I just couldn't resist when the waiter asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. Once I saw the Tres Leches cake, I knew I had to have it. It was amazing; moist, creamy, and satisfying. My husband's coffee-spiked brownie was also worth the price. This isn't an inexpensive place, with most entrees costing $20 and up. But if you're looking for something a little different for a special meal out, this place is well worth it!
