DO NOT RECOMMEND. Coulter Systems(I would give them a rating of a big ZERO) installed drainage to stop water in basement. Several weeks after installation, we had water in our basement and took pictures. Mr Coulter came over and told us thepictures were no good - he actually had to see the water coming in. They DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WARRANTY - DO NOT HIRE!!!! He was arrogant and rude.

Always Dry & Coulter Systems Invisible when you need them!.
We contracted with Rob Coulter, accepting his reccomendations to make our basement dry. The work was left unfinished, an outside drainage pipe (a severe hazard) left uncovered, a window well collects standing water, and there is **still** water in our basement!
Coulter came out after much pressure, said he'd fix it and disappeared again! AlwaysDry has a written guarantee, but it's worthless if you can't get this guy to honor it.
Mr. Coulter operates from several addresses (P O Boxes, mostly) and 17 or so cell phones all of which are answered by machines.
I would definitely NOT recommend this contractor.
