DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE EVER! Bryan came to estimate and perform the job without the proper tools. At the estimate, I insisted on measuring the push plate for him (he didnt even have a measuring tape), and gave him written specifications for the hardware. He reluctantly took them, stating it was all "standard." After he showed up to do the job without the proper fitting push plates or tape measure (again), he angrily left, telling us to find another person to do the job, while leaving our old lock off and a hole in our door. He charged us $75 for the "home visit", and would not give a receipt (is this a legitimate business?). He was volatile, had a terrible attitude.

• Cons: unprepared to do the job, charged for incomplete work
