Favorite after-work treat!

by CSMobileUser3

Very friendly, clean salon. Not intimidating at all. Plus they always give you a complimentary shoulder massage while your ties dry! The perfect treat to myself after a hard day's work. I'm starting to become a regular!

Painful Experience

by kenziemack

I went here originally when it first opened about 2-3 years ago. I remember thinking how nicely decorated it was and how friendly the staff was. When I went there recently I was sadly disappointed. They were still very nice, but I didn't feel like they really knew what they were doing. The pedicurist filed the top of my nails, which I thought was unusual, and scraped up the skin around them in the process which was really painful. Then the manicurist (a different woman), pushed back my cuticles like she was peeling a carrot and somehow didn't really accomplish anything other than breaking the skin around them. I honestly don't think I've ever had such a bad mani/pedi. The strange thing to me is that they seem to always be busy and have a lot of repeat business, so I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe I caught them on a bad day, however when I happened to have TWO people in the same place provide uncomfortable service, I don't intend to go back and find out. (Note: This is the same as L&S Nail Salon).
