I can't explain how great experience we had buying our Camry from Jeff D'Ambrosio dealership. First thing that we noticed was that there was no 20 salesman attacking us at the parking lot like in the other dealerships.That was a great first impression. Silvia was very helpful and she made the whole process of buying a car so easy. She was friendly, honest and not pushy like some other salesman that we had in a past.....We left a dealership with a great feeling. We would highly recommend Jeff D'ambrosio Auto to anybody who needs a new car.

My truck dropped it's transmission and I had a friend drop me off at Jeff D'Ambrosio . The Staff was very helpful and friendly. They got me into a nice 2008 KIA with my less then stellar credit. They give me a 90 day warranty on the power train, the car had been carefully cleaned and was in very good shape for it's age. It was very hassle free and friendly I would recommend to any one.

Handled a very difficult situation which involved a trade in vehicle that was a manufacturer lemon with professionalism. The general manager went out of his way to make sure the transaction went smoothly. Based on this experience I will do business with them again.

I had a spectacular experience using Jeff D’Ambrosio Chrysler for my recent car buying experience. I was given more than a fair offer on my trade in and my salesman, Dave was more than helpful when it came to finding a desirable car that met my financial needs. I would not hesitate to highly recommend seeing Dave for any and all car buying needs. He was helpful, funny and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. EXCELLENT: This dealership from the moment we arrived were not pushy, they were kind, courtious and cared about what kind of car we wanted. The buying process was quick and within 3 hours of arrival we drove off the lot with our new car. Excellent customer service and sales people especially aaron.

I bought a car from here... totaled my previous car and they took great care of me gave me plenty of time to come up with my down payment....GM was great took great care of me seeing as they replaced my windshield free of charge a month and a half later.. i recommend anyone to go here great people from sales (Chris ) to finance (Dave) FYI bought a Toyota Tundra Crewmax great price.... keep it up!!!!!

We were a little unhappy when we had to take our caravan in for service to find out it would cost a ton of money to get it back running. So we decided to see if they had a used van that would be more reasonable and running, instead of dumping 2800 dollars into a 10 year old van. We ended up finding a 3 year old van at a great deal. Glad they were so helpful with our situation. Came in for service and ended up in a new van. The process was simple and the staff was friendly. We recommend them.

Went in for a tire rotation, oil change and once again service was wonderful. I set my appointment dropped it off in the morning and it was ready when I got out of work. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I am glad that I chose to purchase locally and choose Jeff D’Ambrosio for all my car needs.

Searched the internet and found the car that interested us. So we made a trip to the local dealer in town, due to the friendly staff on the phone who encouraged us to come take a drive to make sure it was what we wanted. Ended up purchasing same day. Great overall experience financing was a lot easier than we had anticipated, because of our last experience with a dealership. Glad we stayed local.
