Good service but the shop has no air. The hair salon is very nice and the service is good. But I dont understand how an upscale salon can not have air when its 90 degrees outside. They say the air works but if that's true why is there the need to have 7 fans blowing around the shop. Who wants to be sitting in a hot hair salon waiting to get their done..Not me. I don't know what the problem is but they need to get it together.

VERY POOR SERVICE. MY DAUGHTER WENT AT 3-3:30 P.M. WITH AN APPOINTMENT WITH COURTNEY AND DID NOT HAVE HER HAIR EVEN STARTED ON AT 5 P.M. HORRIBLE. HOW CAN YOU CONDUCT A BUSINESS SUCH AS THIS?!!! I KNOW THAT YOU TALK AND ASK PEOPLE WHAT THEY ARE DOING FOR THE DAY OR EVENING AS THEY ARE BEING PREPARED AND WHAT YOU DON'T CARE. HOW CAN YOU CHARGE ANYONE A PRICE IF THEY DID NOT GET THE FULL SERVICE THEY ASKED FOR ON THE FAULT OF YOURS AND NOT THEIRS. MY DAUGHTER HAD LEFT THE SHOP A LITTLE AFTER 7 P.M.!!!! AND JUST HAD HER HAIR WASHED AND DRIED!!! WASHED AND DRIED. AND THEN YOU CHARGE HER $45.00!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT???? YOUR SALON SUCKS AND BELIEVE ME IT WILL ME NOTED IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. COURTNEY, TERRI, ROBIN, ETC NEED TO THINK ABOUT UNEMPLOYMENT!!!!

A+ Hair Salon. I really enjoyed my experience at Illuminations!! I came in as a walk-in and was serviced right away. The staff were very professional and I loved my hair. Their prices are fair and I will definitely be returning.
