OMG can you say mocha diearhhea.
The coffee is average... it also gave me and my wife diearhhea at 3 separate occasions.
Once there was coffee ground in my mocha, but they were nice and gave me a new one, but I was afraid to drink all of it.
They have OK food, the portions are small and its expensive in comparative to any other cafe in the city.
They just recently renovated the place and bought the place next door, so now they have good seating... it was awful be4. There doing well, simply because there isn't any other cafes to compete with in that aria.
I would rather drink at Starbucks or even wholefoods then this place and i hate Starbucks with a passion.

OK food, getting expensive.
When I moved to the area about 2 years ago, I went to Mugshots all the time -- good quality fresh food. Over the past year or so, the prices have stayed the same but the portion sizes have gone down. Still tastes good though - I love their salad dressing! But it is rather expensive. Like most coffee shops, they allow people to linger at tables, meaning it can be hard to find a seat. I also wish they had not discontinued their fresh juices.
