Terrible, terrible, terrible. We purchased salon chairs from them a year and a half ago and they all leaked tons oil from the hydraulic pumps. Even though they're under warrantee, it's been a battle to even get a hold of anyone. When you call, they tell you have to speak to a supervisor but the supervisor is never available. Messages and emails are never returned. We now have to involve our legal council to simply complete the exchange our warrantee entitles us to.
