changed management?. I think the manager and people have changed. I don't see Kathy and the girls working here anymore. I used to love this place because it was indeed the best nail salon and it just isn't the same anymore.

Best gel nails ever!. I have been going to Yen at Tip Top for years. She does the best gel overlay I have ever seen. I am a Salon owner. I own Back to Reality Hair Designs at 1233 S. 22nd. street in Philadelphia. Unfortunately we don't do nails there, we just focus on quality hair services, but I have a license to nails, and I know how to do nails. I hate doing my own nails that is why I go to Yen. I have been to several nail salons and spas, but they could not produce the same quality of service as Yen. Simply put they can not do a gel overlay on real nails. Go to Yen, you will not be disappointed!

Real comfortable setting... I stop by Tip Top at least once a week. I'm a guy and like to get the mani/pedi because it's relaxing and I see no reason for my hands and feet to look beat up all the time. The people always make me feel welcome and no one gives me that "what's he doing in here?" look. All the girls are friendly and take their time.

It's ok guys, get you mani/pedi on! You can still be 100% manly. It's cool...

best place in phily to go and get a mani and pedi. My name is samatha i always walk by tip top salon every day after work but last week i decided that i want to get my nails done so i came in the salon the staff there were really friendly they took care of me they also answer all the question that i ask them about nails fungus or what can i do for my thin nails i love this place it's great .T he person that took care of me her name was Sarah

great nail service. I originally came here because it was voted "Best Manicure and Pedicure" on FOX 29. It was difficult to locate at first because it was under the Hilton Hotel thing... but I'm glad I found it. It is right on 11th Street.

I got a 5 star pedicure and an excellent pink and white full set. I will definitely return every two weeks for my refill.

Be sure to set an appointment if you're going to come during the weekends. It gets very busy. It is best to come during the beginning of the week.

great specials. I saw that Tip Top Nails was rated Best Manicure and Pedicure by FOX29, so I decided to give it a try. I visite their website and got this special coupon.

The experience was great. My mani and pedi were well done and I even got free designs!

Best Salon In Philly. The staff are friendly and professional. My nails came out beautiful! This is the only salon I go to now. They have everything and it's just simply the best. And the prices are great!
