I went to Mt Airy for a consutation after my regular vet at a different Animal Hospital advised they would charge between $1,000-$2,000 for teeth cleaning! At Mt. Airy, Dr. Lauderdale examined my dog's teeth (11 y/o Jack Russell Terrier) and advised with lab work and possible extractions. She was very caring about my concerns about anesthesia. She took blood for the lab work and we got him scheduled. He did very well. He needed two teeth extracted and took an antibiotic afterwards. His teeth looked great and I thought this was extremely affordable. Also, even though I had recently been to Hickory, they neglected to give him l of his annual shots, so she caught him up with that as well. Overall, a great experience and she will be my regular vet from now on!…
This hospital cares so much about their patients.. This hospital cares so much about their patients. They worked extremely hard every minute of every day without lunch breaks, dinner breaks or getting home on time to care for the animals of this community.…
I appreciative of the cleanliness of the facility, friendlin. I appreciative of the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff, and how they were able to answer any questions when I called and took Rusty in for her appointments.
Courteous and professional. We recently moved to the area with our 16 month old Coton de Tulear, Jackson. Almost a month after we settled he developed an ear infection. We took him to here because of it's proximity to our neighborhood and were pleasantly surprised by the car. Dr. Slaymaker was excellent with Jackson and the vet tech was also very helpful. Upon return visit (regular checkup and vaccine update) we also saw Dr. Lauderdale. She was kind, courteous and professional.…
