Appalling Service. As a resident of Old City, I frequently stop at Soho Pizza because it's great pizza and you can order by the slice. However, after my experience on Saturday I will never return and will also inform friends and neighbors to stay away from this establishment. My friends and I went in on Saturday night only to be mistreated from the moment we walked in. As we stepped up to the counter to order the bouncer stood behind us the entire time. They made us feel very uncomfortable. In all we ordered and paid for 13 slices of pizza. As we paid the other bouncer yelled at us to line up on the wall if we haven't received our pizza yet. I couldn't understand why the staff was being so mean to us. I can understand that being open late night they get the regular post bar crowd that can be unruly. However, my friends and I did not cause a raucous. We walked in and ordered our pizza without fuss. Since the staff continued to bark orders I requested that they cancel my order and return my money. Upon hearing this, the cashier (who was the only kind person on staff) returned my money. Before my 2 other friends could get their money back one of them was physically removed from the restaurant for no reason what-so-ever. I could understand this treatment if we were being loud, rude and unruly, but we were none of the above. I am absolutely disgusted with this establishment and the treatment of it's customers and will not be return.
