Don't rent. I repeat, don't rent. Despite what they may contest to, they accidentally mislead me because of lack of organization and sheer laziness. While it is obviously a mistake, they refuse to right their wrong. They pressured me to end my lease early and then screwed me out of my money.

Clinton Place Apartments. My girlfriend moved in loving this place. When winter came around and the heat was turned on we quickly changed our mind. I am currently having a three month issue with maintenance department at Clinton Place Apartments. There is an issue with the heating pipes and it literally sounds like someone is hitting them with a hammer every night between the hours of 2 am and 5 am. I have reported it as a problem for two months and the staff has acknowledged the issue but they have not been able to fix it. DON'T LIVE HERE!!!! at least not during the winter months!

Very satisfied. Great location - awesome mgmt: Renting from Singer since beginning of this year in PA suburbs. When I call / email to report something needs to be done they response (read: fix!) depending on the emergency within the day. Very satisfied about this management.

Quick response, nice staff. I have nothing but good things to say about Michael Singer Real Estate. I dealt with Linda Toppi, who is top notch -- incredibly nice and very accommodating. They fixed everything in the apartment pronto and even followed up via email to make sure I was happy. Great company, quick response, nice staff. If I can say anything about renting in Philly, it's stay away from William Penn Realty. They are the absolute worst mgmt company on the face of the planet. Horrible! 2 thumbs up for Michael Singer though.

My Apartment was promised and delivered on time.. My Apartment was promised and delivered on time, it had been just painted, and was clean, and nice. I love my view overlooking a small park in the city. When I reported to them that my garbage disposal was not working, they replaced it the next day. The neighborhood is wonderful, and I have not had any problems with dealing with their office staff. It might have helped that when I reported my problem with the garbage disposal, it was around 8:30AM, and the gentleman who answered the phone, said he would put in the maintenance request right away.

Absolutely have no complaints and plan to renew the lease fo. We have a studio in Clinton Place Apartments in Wash. Sq. West in Philadelphia. Moved in July 2009. Relocated from out of town and Tiffany was so helpful and patient. Apartment was freshly painted and clean. Have had two small maintenance issues. Both were taken care of the next day after calling. 1st issue was that the toilet bowl tank lid didn't properly fit (they found one that did) and the 2nd was that the faucet in the tub was constantly dripping. Fixed that as well the next day. Have seen no bugs or critters. One spider recently spotted. No biggie. Absolutely have no complaints and plan to renew the lease for the next year!

I would recommend this place to everybody. "I am a new resident at Belmont Village. I have moved last weekend.

I have to say that you have very great team. I have wonderful experience with Ashley. She is very organized, educated, very professional. Everything she has done was exactly as she promised. Beside that, great personality and always smile on her face. I am so appreciative for her work and I would recommend this place to everybody."
