I love this store!. I found the staff to be a bit condenscending during my first visit, but loved the asthetics of the store... simply beautiful to behold. I could just sit and gaze at their artful display of their wares!

They carry the full line of Blue Sky Alpaca yarn and patterns, which I have a special affinity for!!

BUT - I have returned several times and the staff have been absolutely wonderful - warm, helpful, but not overbearing... so, perhaps it was a bad day on my fist visit when I came in or someone has been reading their reviews and taking them to heart!

I highly recommend this store. Bright and airy and not overwhelmingly cluttered with a little bit of a lot of choices (which often leads to not being able to find anything!).

my favorite yarn shop. I love shopping at Loop! The store is beautiful and the yarn selection is amazing. I always find something - usually more than I wanted!

I was really surprised when I read the other review here. The staff's always friendly and helpful. I've only had good experiences at Loop. I definitely recommend it!

Dismissed. Loop is a beautiful store, with a good selection of yarn and books. But as I entered the store the owner was berating a customer on the phone, and before I could ask my question I was blurted at the the store was closing. In truth all I wanted to know was what kind of yarn was used to make a sample that was in the window.

I have heard of other similar experiences from my fellow yarn buddies. Being dismissed just takes the fun out of shopping for yarn. Find another place in my opinion.
