The worst experience I have ever had. I was riding home from work one Friday afternoon and spotted some flowers that I thought would look nice in my flower pots. So, I decided to stop by on a Saturday morning to buy some flowers from this shop. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. As soon as I entered I was asked in a very nasty tone "What do you need." I pointed to a flower and started to explain and by the time I turned my head the owner had already walked away and told another younger man to help me. The younger man made a better attempt at helping, however we were interrupted by the owner again when I asked about the price of several plants. Again, he answered in a very rude tone and asked me "Can you count, whats $3.99 times this tray." Realizing that this was a very unhappy individual I tried to lighten the mood by mentioning that my husband bought similar plants from Lowe's but I thought his plants looked very healthy. His response was "You need to tell your husband to stop shopping at Lowe's and support the black man."

Growing up my family has always supported black businesses which was why I came to his shop. But no one that ignorant and rude deserves my money. I felt embarrassed for him and embarrassed that it was a black owned business.
