Our family has dealt with Deborah Finn for over 25 years and have followed her from Sansom Street to Rittenhouse Square. She has designed several pieces of jewelry for me -- items that elicit compliments even from strangers. The quality and workmanship of her merchandise are excellent, and she stands behind every purchase. A certified gemologist, I trust Debbie's judgment and her character without reservation. She is honest and trustworthy in all respects. My husband and I recommend Deborah Finn for all of your jewelry purchases.

Fabulous design and workmanship

After reading the last review I felt it was urgent to tell you the great experience I had with Deborah.

Deborah created an intricate latticed fine pendent for me to wear for my son's wedding.

It was Kunsite, south sea pearl and diamonds.

The quality of the workmanship was impeccable, the design classic and elegant.

She is easy going, knowledgeable and very nice.

I would recommend Deborah to everyone .

Just terrible, appalling craftsmanship

I had the most terrible experience with Deborah Finn Jewelers. My fiance had given me an antique ring, and I just needed it to be re-sized down one quarter size and for the prongs to be strengthened. I took it to Deborah, and she assured me it was no problem, and she would have it done right away. Two weeks later, it was finally finished and when i went to pick it up, they had butchered it! The diamond was clearly crooked, it was very loose and not even centered! they had added globs of metal to the fine filigree setting, and scratched other parts of the ring. the most insulting part of all, is when I pointed this out to Deborah, she said that she couldn't see anything wrong, and it looked fine to her. The stone moved so much you can hear it move every time you move the ring!! She was haughty and condescending and the craftsmanship was appalling. I would never, never recommend, nor will I ever step foot in there again.

Deborah Finn has been in the Jewelry business for over thirty years . She is the best qualified gemologist I know. I have been her customer for many years. She has created for me many one of a kind pieces of jewelry, including rings, pendants, earrings and recently created for me as an anniversary gift a magnificent row of Tahitian Pearls and earrings which my husband asked her to make for me. The color, size and luster are breathtaking. I wear them quite often. She created a beautiful engagement and wedding ring set for my son and daughter-in-law. They were quite impressive. I trust her judgment implicitly . She is the most honest person I know. Thank you Deborah, for all your beautiful work. I would recommend you to anyone I know. You are a beautiful person and you have a beautiful store.

Deborah has been my personal jeweler for over 30 years. I live in Nevada and all I do is call her and explain the kind of piece of jewelry I want her to design for me and I have never been disappointed. In fact she exceeds my expectations all the time. She is such a brilliant jeweler that some of my friends in Nevada have begun to use her as their own personal jeweler. They always tell me that they wish she was here in Nevada so that they could visit her store personally. Deborah is a fantastic jeweler! I received a beautiful pair of Yellow Tahitian Pearl and Black Diamond earrings for valentines day from my husband. I live in LV and no shop here can compete with Debbies' quality and prices. She is also very nice to know and do business with. I trust her implicitly!
