I was shopping for a new car and happened to stop by Piazza Acura of Ardmore since I was in the area. I was so glad I did since my experience here far exceeded my experience at another Acura dealer. Jamie was very professional-actually, the whole office had a more professional feel to it. I bought a car within three days and the whole process went smoothly. Working with Scott at the end to sign all the paperwork was a breeze as well. I only wish all my friends would drive an Acura, so I could refer them here.

I went in to review my options as my lease was almost up. Jamie was very helpful and was able to find my next car quickly making the new lease an easy and quick process. It was basically as easy as swapping keys. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful.

I was floored on how kind and helpful Tom was with me. I had been involved in an MVA and found me vehicle un drivable. I desperately needed a 6 passenger car and was fantastic in allowing me to use a loaner MDX. Andy is right on top of the repairs that I need. I only have my car serviced at Acura. Everyone involved are always extremely professional and caring!!

The quality of service from beginning to end was excellent! Jamie DiFebo, Michael Kain and Scott all went above and beyond in making the car buying experience a pleasure. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura. I have dealt with many other dealerships and none of them measure up to the kind of attention and service that is given by the people at Piazza.

Like most people, I was dreading the thought of the purchase of a new vehicle. Dishonest car salesman, high pressure pitches, wasting an entire day at the dealership. That is not the case at Piazza Acura of Ardmore. From the second I requested an online quote to driving off the lot, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of customer service and attention that I received from Jamie and Scott. Whenever I had a question, Jamie was quick to respond almost immediately, via phone or email, even on his day off or after 9pm. He worked with me in getting the price I wanted on my new vehicle, and a fair price on my trade in, and made the entire process basically effortless on my part. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, he had all of the paperwork ready and sent me to Scott to sign and be on my way. Scott was very professional and helpful, and actually ended up getting me a better interest rate than I initially anticipated. Talk about going above and beyond to help their customers. At no point during the entire process (dealing with Jamie or Scott) did I feel pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Their honestly and genuine desire to help me feel confident in my purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Acura.

I recently purchased my new Acura and was extremely pleased. The staff was very accommodating, including management. I never felt pushed or rushed through the purchase at all. This was a great experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

My family has been dealing with Piazza Acura of Ardmore for a long time, my new TL was the 8th car we purchased from them over the years. I did my research called up with my offer and they called me back a few minutes later accepting my offer and picked up the car the next day. Delivery went as smooth as can be. I highly recommend Piazza Acura of Ardmore.

Matthew and Scott are two of the most honest and sincere people I have worked with in regards to buying a car. I would definitely come back to Piazza Acura of Ardmore because of these two people.
