Major scam artist. I scheduled an appointment on the same day. I was unable to make the appointment so I called to cancel 1 hour after I made the appointment. Some young lady who I did not make the appointment with told me I would be charged for half the massage but she was going to talk to the owner about it. Apparently I made the appointment w/ the owner and she never told me that there was a 24 hour cancellation fee. So they charged my card for $37.50 which was half of the cost of the massage. So how in the world would the 24 hour cancellation fee apply to someone who made the appointment same day and cancels an hour later??? That's just unethical and plain right out dirty!!! I called my bank and I will be disputing these charges. What a horrible way to do business. Stay away from these scammers!!!
