IMPRESSIVE. Overall great experience. Received a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to upgrade and make a full day out of it. Once I arrived I was very impressed. I was treated as if I was the only client there. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Great team at AME. I already scheduled an appointment to go back and get a facial and massage in a month. At some point I do plan on getting my hair done there...the people who walked out after getting their hair done looked great!

NEVER AGAIN - UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING INSULTED. I had been a client at Ame for over 5 years for cut & color. When my stylist who I loved left, I tried one of their other stylists - big mistake that just kept getting worse until the horrible managers at Ame added insult to injury.

I paid $75 for my haircut. When I got home and rewashed, I realized it was significantly uneven, longer on one side. That stylist was not in the following day, so management sent me to a different stylist at a $45 price point to 'correct' the mistake. They were not upfront about her experience level - I had to ask. While she was nice, she messed up my hair worse - for free of course.

While offering for me to come in yet a 3rd time for free-for the original stylist to cut yet more of my hair off, when I said I wanted both that AND my $75 dollars back, I was then rudely told that they were tired of apologizing to me, asked if they (she the manager) should feel bad for the rest of her life, and promptly told me I was no longer welcome as a client.

Unbelievable. While I believe they do have good stylists, the management's complete inability to understand and respect why a client pays $75 instead of going to super cuts makes them deserve to go out of business. My co workers asked me if I cut my hair myself - thats how bad they left my hair - and had the never to act like they did nothing wrong and why was I so upset. Go here at your own risk!
