My fiance is currently in Afghanistan. Twice he has ordered me flowers from Petals In The Park and we will NEVER use them again. The first time they came the day after they were supposed to be delivered, then for Valentines Day...they NEVER arrived. He had to jump through hoops from the Middle East just to cancel it and get his money back. We used 1800Flowers, and they were the only company to offer an apology. This florist is the worst, and while planning our wedding, I will make sure to let everyone know how horrible their service has been.

Delivery Lost and Delay in Refund. I ordered flowers to be delivered locally and the flowers were never delivered. It took three phone calls and over one month for them to refund my credit card. They aren't very customer service oriented. I plan on using another local florist the next time!

Gorgeous Flowers and Amazing Service!. I was referred to Steve with Petals in the Park by a colleague. He has a quaint shop in Ridley Park (I think he is moving stores). Steve is great to work with. He listened to my likes and dislikes and delivered his promise on every point. The quality of the flowers were wonderful. And the price value is amazing. I work at at hotel in the city and my centerpieces were of equal or better value than any florist, such as the infamous Ten Pennies, that I had ever seen in our ballroom. The flowers were so beautiful and of such high quality that they lasted for days. The bouquets showed up out of nowhere in my hotel room and were delivered to the hotel with no issues. Steve is a wonderful person to work with and his floral design skills are incredible. Definitely use him!!
