Terrible experience. I showed up for my first appointment 5 minutes early, was given paperwork to fill out and then waited for an hour before I was called back. Once in the room I waited for another 30 minutes. I finally got up and walked out without ever seeing a dentist. They did take one x-ray which I asked them for before I left. they charged me $35.00 cash only. They would not use my flex spending card. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist.…

would not recommend. My 2 children had an appointment there and they prefer you not go back with your child. After their appt they came out and the secretary told me they needed sealents and the cost but the dentist nor her assistant talked to me about the visit and their findings or to ask if I had any concerns or questions. To make matters worse, I later found out my 6 year old son was crying in the room by himself until it was his turn for his cleaning. (They were in the back for over 90 mins) No one came to get me or had my son come out to the waiting area to be with me until it was his turn. When I called to address this I was told the office was closed and someone would call me next week.…

bad dentistry. I took my child to Gentle dental bensalem because his permanent teeth have come out and baby teeth have not fallen. The new dentist came to check. he was not at all friendly. Never said hello to either me or my child. just looked and told me to see an orthodontist. I called up the orthodontist office the no. they gave me at. they had an appointment. I took my child there. The specialist said the dentist who referred must be not very knowledgeable as the kid is just 61/2 years and needs to be seen by a pedodontist. He said to come back when my child has permanent teeth.

This dentist is so slow and lack of enthusiasm and looks lazy and does not even know what he is doing. I recommend to everyone not to go to him.…
