Got a fantastic vehicle (new kia sorento) from a no pressure, friendly sales person. I was never hounded and all of my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend this dealership; ask for Vince! :)

John went out his way to try to get the deal done for me and work with me and Laure she was oh so great and helpful and this was the first time I had great severs from them two they both would get 10 from me and I would recommend John to my friends or any one that is looking for a car. OUTSTANDING DEALER!. Excellent!. The sales person I worked with Tommy Madden helped me get the car that I wanted, he went and found me the model/color I was looking for even though it was not on the lot. He explained everything I needed to know about the model I was buying. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly in helping me. The whole process was very quick and I will tell people to go there because they will work with you and find what you want.

Friendly and helpful staff!. I'm thrilled with my new 2012 Kia Optima which I picked up March 29th. Sam is terrific and is so willing to work with his customers to make sure they get what they want. I wanted to test drive the Optima Hybrid and also the Turbo to feel the difference in performance. Sam rode around with me, helped me decide on the one that worked best for me and walked me through the process quickly and easily. Everyone at Gateway is terrific and I know from experience that the service folks are great too. This is my second Kia and I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.
