Will not produce stored furniture. I wish there was something less than a star, this people are the worst I've ever worked with.

They have stored furniture with them since May 2010 and now are nowhere to be found for us to go and pick-up the furniture.

I wish I had seen these warnings about them before.

Do not use them, that is if they ever answer your calls or e-mail, stay away from them !!!!!

Won't refund ovepayment on move from 2 years ago. I was initially compelled to pay with the cashiers check the estimated amount of the move, with understanding they'd refund any overpayment... which they did NOT do when cost of the move as calculated on the day of the move reflected an overpayment of over $700

This company was meticulous about supplying bids, giving estimates, and receiving its funds, including a deposit on a credit card and requiring a cashiers check for the estimated amount of the move. Yet, despite its efficiency in running its operations — the move itself was entirely satisfactory — they claim to have only a weekend bookkeeper handling accounts payable.

I first filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but Pioneer ignored their letters as well. I then won a small claim court judgment and had a sheriff serve paper. They finally agreed through their moving co association, CSI, to pay the judgement plus subsequent costs in 3 payments... but never made them.

awful: avoid at all costs. he movers were great, but the company is either run by a bunch of idiots or they are scamming people. Do not use them. Their pricing was certainly fair, but they failed to inform me that they only take a certified check or cash. When the truck was half emptied at my new place they demanded cash or certified check and I was told they would take my remaining belongings to storage and hold them hostage until I paid them in cash. This was Friday evening at 6 o'clock! Only by chance was I able to come with the $600+ in cash. What a nightmare. Talk about stressful. The workmen were polite and gave 110% effort, but they were being ordered to take my furniture to storage if I did not come up with the cash. Scam, in order to rake more money in for storage, etc? Not sure. But at the very least this was bozo, idiotic, amateurish behavior. Don't risk it, there are plenty of other movers out there who want your business and won't threaten to take your belongings. They never even claimed they told me they only accept certified check or cash. And, they were charging by the hour, so how can you pay with a certified check when the costs have not been pre-determined?. I am going to report my experience to Angie's list, the BBB, and every other source I can think of.

Last minute movers at a fair price. I was so happy with my move. I was in panic because I had scheduled my move with another company, and on the morning of my move, they cancelled on me. I am a single parent with 3 children and I am on a strict budget. I called A Pioneer on the morning of my move and spoke to Alan. He helped re-assure me that they could take care of it. He called a crew in and by 11 am, they were at my home in norhteast philly. There were 3 strong men with a truck that fit my 3 bedroom house in. The men moved quickly, but cautiously. They did no damage at all. They even took care of my 42in tv. Alan gave me a quote, and he was only off by a half an hour. The price was fair too. I just want to thank Zolie and his crew for being so professional. I would definately recommend A Pioneer to anyone needing a mover.

Filing a complaint against Apioneer. Dear Frank,

Why do you insist on posting on my site the same thing and now with today as a move date. I will take legal matters against you for slander. I have up to 120 days to close a claim. I can read the IP address to show is posting on my site. You keep posting about 15% which means nothing in the big picture, you received a by the hour quote within 15% not to exceed and do not have a binding quote.

I guess posting my experience with Apioneer and Mr Alan Jenkins p1sses him off... But stil, 120 days has come and gone and still no money for damages..

SO I am taking further action. I am filing with the PA Utilities Commision and the Attorney General Consumer protection department.

#1 choice for future moves. am a veteran at moving because of being relocated by my firm on a constant basis and have nothing but positive praise for A Pioneer Moving Systems. I was planning on a local move and was ready to gather information when ironically I had seen them moving someone on my block and figured I give them a call for a quote for my upcoming move. I had a professional representative by the name of Joe Locke come over and give me an accurate estimate. He was very thorough in his quote and answered all my questions with kind replies. The movers all arrived uniformed and their truck was impecably clean with all the materials to prep my furniture for damage free transport. The leader of the crew, Zoltan, was a pleasure to work with and kept me aware that the total was going to be less than the original quote which made me happy as this has never happened before in my prior experiences. The men set all my items where my wife and I wanted them and once the move was complete, it appeared as I lived at my home for years already. I will highly recommend this company to any friends/family/and or associates for a good company is hard to find. I am going to ship some items to Florida soon and will definitley be calling them soon for that next job. Job was well done *****(5 star)

APioneer Moving Systems = Honest and Professional!!!!. I had my whole house packed and moved recently and I am very satisfied with Apioneer. The office staff provided a detailed estimate for my move. The moving crew did a great job packing, wrapping and moving ALL of my furniture and boxes. There were no damages and the crew was very professional. I am happy to say that I will definitely use in the future - I have already referred them to my boss who will be moving next month.

Very satisfied customer!. I must admit - Apioneer Moving Systems did a great job moving my house recently. As soon as I contacted them - Cindy was very thourough with her " estimate ". They sent 4 guys: Rob, Bruce, Angel and Gabe - they worked like a fine tuned machine. They disassembled, wrapped, packed and loaded my furniture with ease. At the unload - the crew placed everthing exactly where I wanted them to. Although moving can be extremely stressful - Apioneer didn't let me down. I have already recommended them to my friend who will be using their services sometime next month.

Great movers!. I am very happy with the service that Apioneer moving provided for my recent move. They were able to move my things with no damage during a snowy day. The salesperson was polite, informative and honest. The crew was amazing - they were friendly even with the miserable weather during the move. I definately going to recommend them to all my friends, family and colleagues.

Easiest move ever..... We recently used Apioneer moving for a large 4 bedroom house move. I would like to share this amazing experience with anyone in need of a mover. From the beginning, they were helpful, courteous and extremely careful with all of our items. They even moved several of my collectibles that have been in my family forever. Zoly, Jarret, Bruce and Robert came to our home on time and in uniform. They packe, wrapped, loaded and unloaded everything with no damages. I am very happy with every aspect of our moving experience - REALLY!
