Worst Place EVER!. I've gotten lipo done there and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. They overcharged, didnt take out enough fat, then had the audacity to charge me for a touch up. I cry about making the horrible mistake of getting any procedures done from them. The people at the desk are rude. The only time they were nice to me is after I signed papers to have the procedure done. Every time I have gone there, I had to wait at least 30 minutes after my appointment time just to be seen. Bottom line is, the procedure was done poorly and all I have to show is a large bill. Please save your money, your time and your sanity and go somewhere else!
Loved it!. I went in for botox and couldn't be happier with my results. Everyone was great and helped me make this difficult decision. Doctor, nurses, office staff and my consultation all were great. Next I'm going to try the laser hair removal.
Avoid at all costs. Awful. The laser hair treatments do not work at all. The staff is probably so sick of handling complaints that they are on a short fuse as well. I would never recommend anyone to go there. This is not a customer service oriented company. I will NEVER go back again.
Don't do it!!!. After a year and a half and a lot of money and pain I still have unwanted hair...a lot of it. I was told that I was a perfect candidate, light skin and dark hair. I did everything I was told and it still came back. During the treatments it does fall out and I had false hope, but 6months after my last treatment it is ALL back. I called to complain and everyone I spoke to was very nice and well versed in customer service which made me feel better. I was offered 2 free treatments a few weeks after my phone call, however I could not make any evening or weekend appointments. This is a problem as I work and hour and a half from the KOP office. I was told they would talk to management and see what could be done. After almost 2 weeks I called back , was finally able to talk to someone in management who also said I could not make an evening appointment, those were for paying customers...I was shocked and now even more upset! I am a paying customer! I would have been willing to pay for the treatments if I knew they would work, but I really do not think they would. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I had numerous break-outs and burns to my skin throughout my treatment and ultimately I am back where I started minus a lot of my hard earned money.
Update: didn't work. I wrote a previous positive review but need to write an update. After completing 6 treatments (I'm the ideal coloring: fair skin, dark hair), the hair is back! I will need touchups which run $150 piece. I've read some other places offer free touchups. When I recently went to an appointment with Monarch, they said they called earlier in the day to cancel- never called!- and then asked me to pay a $75 fee for a missed appointment last year! So they can cancel me (without actually calling me) and cause me to waste my time but they want me to pay for an appt last year that I don't even recall missing. I will never go back to Monarch!
Doesnt work. I had the bikini and underarm hair removal processes done. They dont work. I am completely unsatisfied. The hair is a bit thinner, but i am still shaving just as often as i was before the treatments began.
