Heather at Salon Vanity. I have been going to Heather at Salon Vanity for a year after following her from another local salon. She is by far the best hairstylist I have ever gone to. She always listens to what I'm looking for and never steers me in the wrong direction. She is incredibly professional in her advice for what will look best and for what will keep my hair healthy. Best salon in Philly!!. I cannot say enough great things about this salon. I have been going to Vanity Salon for about a year. My hair is a natural black color. I decided to go blonde and was unsure where to get my color changed without destroying my hair. I did some research and decided to go to Edmondo Blando who professionally explained the steps it would take to get my hair blonde and what shade of blonde would work best for my skin tone because of my latina heritage. What impressed me the most was that he was not going to bleach my hair like the other salons that i have gone to do. He gradually lightened my hair and i am very satisfied with the overall look.
