Average. 2/18- It would have been nice when Wendy called to confirm our appointments the day prior, to inform us of the Detour for Heaven Spa exit. She was aware we were traveling from MD. Also confirmed I wanted to talk to her in more detail about a Spa Party in July for the 10-18 people.

The overall place looked nice, the manicure room I was in was right next to the entrance to the back. I had the pleasure seeing everyone who was brought in for a service. My hands were not washed prior to placing them into the paraffin wax.

Did not feel the ambiance of this Spa. Wendy did not give us the tour of the Spa as she promised. Customer service VERY DRY & LACKING! VERY AVERAGE.

If you truly had this experience,which we seriously doubt, please advise us what day you came in so we can verify with our records that this actually happened.There is no "room in our spa "next to the back" as you claim. Possibly you have our Spa confused with the other Spa you reviewed and obviously either work for or are affiliated with. We never treat any clients in the manner you are claiming, and this is the first complaint of its kind that we have ever had.

Also, there is no "detour" on any route coming to Heaven Spa that we are aware of, and if in fact there was, how could we possibly know anything about a traffic detour??

Our staff is highly trained and professional and we "give tours" to every new client.

It is rather "strange" that your only other review is of a tiny spa downtown that could not possibly handle your request "for a spa party of 10-18 people"-they have 3-4 small rooms??????

Absolutely the best.... Enjoyed my experience and felt like I was in Heaven. Tatiana is the best for facials. I highly recommend her. A little pricey, but worth every moment. As soon as you check in you are guided to the sitting area which is located in the back of the spa not in the front reception area. The sitting area is very relaxing and there's even a massage chair available. The receptionist is also very nice. I recommend Heaven Spa to everyone if they want to enjoy a few hours of relaxation or even a day. Haven't tried a day at the spa, but will one day.

what awful customer service. My boyfriend and I decided to go to the spa for Valentines day this year. On the morning of our spa day we called to see if we could move our appointments up and to our surprise we were told that we no longer had appointments! The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude to us and blamed us for the mistake. The next available appointment that worked for our schedule was in March which wouldn't make it much of a Valentines gift. The response to this was that they were opened seven days a week so we should be able to arrange our schedules to make it work. We then asked to speak with a manager to remove charges made to our credit card for the spa services that we did not receive and even this was an issue. Some "heavenly" experience that was.

Nothing could be further from the truth than what this phony reviewer claims.

We always accomodate all clients and never had any client have the problem as detailed by this purported client.This is just another competitor who cannot compete trying to hurt us!

We never have nor never will charge any credit card for services not given

Give us your credit card #,your name, and the supposed date you were charged and we can easily verify that this review is phony, and that no charges were ever made!

All of our credit card charges and all other charges are kept on our books and records and easy to verify!

We are #1 for because we are the best!

THIS MUST BE HEAVEN. Whta a great Spa.I've been here now over 6 times and each time gets better and better.The staff is wonderful,the services phenomenal,the prices great and everythng about Heaven Spa is Heavenly.

I cannot think of a better Spa anywhere,certainly not in Philadelphia,and belive me I've been to almost every one of Philly's Spa's-nothing can compare to Heaven Spa.

AMAZING SPA-A PERFECT 10. Just when I thought I would never find the perfect Spa in this area-boom I found Heaven!

This place is spectacular,amazing,awesome and the services are so far better than anywhere else it cannot even be compared to another spa!

SENSATIONAL EXPERIENCE. When something this good exists it is worth noting.

This Spa has it all together. They just seem ton have their fingers on the pulse of women (probably men also).

The entire experience is Heavenly.

The prices are great,services phenomenal and the place feels like a real sPA.

THIS IS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE. I took my mother and sister to Heaven for the holidays and boy did Heaven knock us out. We adored this place. I cannot tell you how great an experience it is to finally fin a real spa that isn't just hype.
