Best procedure for looking younger. John and Jess are accomodating, welcoming and professional. I didn't really know how great a laser procedure would work on fine lines and sun damage. I am so excited about my results. After just four treatments, my skin has a dramaticly younger glow and the little lines around my eyes are disappearing. .

Consider nowhere else.. If you are considering hair removal, there is no better place than Metro Laser. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly faces of Jonathan and Jessica. Whether it be laser or waxing, they take the time to explain the procedure and put any fears you may have to rest. They are extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the business. They use top of the line equipment and products. If someone in your life is looking for, or in need of, hair removal I can think of no better gift than a treatment session at Metro Laser.

love this place. I have been coming to Metro Laser for four years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service I have received. I've had several treatments for laser hair removal. Jonathan and Jess are wonderful- they make themselves very available, and are incredibly approachable and responsive. Whenever I have a concern, I call them up and they do everything they can to fit me in as soon as possible. They always call to check up on my progress. The atmosphere at Metro Laser is great as well- very clean, very friendly. I highly recommend this place, and will continue to come here myself.

Best Service, Top of the line Laser. This place is fantastic. I'll highlight three of the best reasons why: 1) great staff = A+ experience. 2) top of the line laser = results. 3) convenient hours.

Jessica and Jonathan are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, kind people and are very good at what they do.

They use the top of the line laser - it's the best one on the market. All of the "fancy" dermatologist offices use the same laser - but for some reason will charge you more for it.

Hours are basically whenever YOU are free! So before work, at lunch, after work... whatever works for you. It couldn't be easier to make an appointment and then show up for it.

Highly recommended.

Amazing Service and Results. I am very satified with my results from laser hair removal. The staff at Metro Laser are great, they are kind, caring, and make you feel comfortable no matter what the treatment is. I would highly recommend Jess, she is sweet, and most importanlty she knows what she is doing. I will only go to them for any future esthetic procedures.

Great staff, great service, great experience. I knew I needed laser hair removal, but was really nervous. I scheduled a consultation and actually had the first treatment the same day, which was a Saturday (weekend hours are another plus about Metro). Jonathan is the best. He has the perfect personality for his job. He is so outgoing and he knows the right balance between making conversation during the procedure (which can be painful at times) and working efficiently and effectively. I've been getting treatments there on a regular basis since January 2008 (ten months ago) and I continue to be not only pleased but also impressed with the service. I would highly recommend Metro Laser to anyone considering any of the services they provide.

Great laser hair removal service. I had 6 laser hair removal treatments at Metro Laser and I am very satisfied. Jonathan is extremely professional, friendly, and he knows exactly what he's doing. I have visited several laser hair removal places for consultations and I think Metro Laser is definitely the best value. I got extremely good service at a reasonable price. Their Saturday hours are very helpful too.

Disappointed.... I read all of the reviews and decided to have the laser treatment for sunspot removal. Everyone was very friendly during my first consultation and customer service seemed excellent. I was called twice afterwards for followup so I went ahead with the treatment with the understanding that I would need only one more treatment. After the first treatment, I had no changes with any of my sunspots. I called to make a second appointment and was told I would need to call back. After three phone calls and promises for return phone calls, I still have yet to get a second appointment. I've waited two months to no avail and am now discouraged from any further attempts. I felt they were very eager for me to come in for the first visit and despite seemingly good rapport, I strongly feel I wasted several hundred dollars.

GREAT atmosphere, great people, great service. I've had a series of treatments - chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials at Metro Laser since October 06. I can hands down say Jessy is the best! She is very knowledgable and always educates me about my at home skin care. The atmosphere at Metro Laser is very friendly and inviting and there is never any pressure to buy products. The samples she gives me are the BEST! Jessy will only offer me something she knows is good for my skin. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.
