go to ground zero. i cannot say enough great things about this salon and it's staff. the stylists are amazing! robin dove, the owner, is an absolute magician with scissors. i used to get my hair cut at an overpriced salon in center city and never was satisfied with what i walked out with. not true at ground zero! i have never had a sub par haircut from robin or anyone at her salon. i will NEVER go anywhere else!!!!!!!!! if you are in the mood for a new refreshing hairstyle or cut go to see robin at her salon. you will not be disappointed! the atmosphere is clean with a down to earth vibe, too.

The Cutting Edge for Being in the Zone. Ground Zero Chestnut Hill is a cut above the rest when it comes to styling and profiling. Robin will make sure that the service that you get is second to none and will make sure that you will come out better than when you came in. I am a friend of hers from Clinton North Carolina and her work should speak for itself.

Robin is a person of excellence and you should not expect anything less when you are coming to Ground Zero for you ultimate salon and spa experience. Ground Zero is where all things begin and end. If you are willing to take the journey to the zone, this is the place to be and the service that you will get is five stars from all the staff members. This is a place that will take off because it was started from the ground up. Robin as a person is exceptional and a very down to earth and real person with a heart of pure gold. She is one not to be played with and one that is ready to turn the beauty industry upside down. Your investment will take you to a place where you have not gone before. Please try it out if you dare. It is worth the risk.

Can't Explain the Experience. I walk in and was greeted by everyone including the clients. I filled out a questionaire and sat only about 5 minutes before my stylist was ready to see me. Talk about perfect customer service. I was nervous because I thought everything was going sooo well that maybe I would not like the style. NOT So, the hair was fab-u-lous! I will never go anywhere else. Everything else is so hard to explain, clean, upscale but not snobbish, just what u were looking for but never expected. Does that make any sense? Everyone was really good, I would go to any of the stylist.

Awesome! Friendliest staff in Chestnut Hill.. They can cut hair! I've been going there for a little while now, and every time I leave, I get tons of compliments. I am always recommending them to my friends. Robin, the owner, is one of the best stylists I have ever been to. Highly recommended!

Very pleased. This salon does a wonderful job, and for really reasonable prices. I had some problems with a bad coloring and cut from a high-end salon nearby, and Ground Zero not only fixed the problems, but gave me the best looking cut I've had in a long time despite all the bad work they had to fix. Now I get compliments all the time and people ask me who does my hair. The staff are all really friendly and down to earth too, and I think they're really skilled across all different hair types. I'd highly recommend them.

Need Better Stylist. overpriced, owner not good with hair styles, the best part about this salon is when they wash your hair they give you a good masage to the scalp. They need to go to school and learn about doing updated hairstyles.

Meh. Despite its claims, this is NOT a multicultural salon. It services a mostly Caucasian clientele and their staff is not skilled at handling African American hair. The stylist used thinning shears to "debulk" my daughter's thick hair and the result was not good. Clean salon with fairly good hours though.
