Jay Michael Salon is an experience you cannot find anywhere else. The stylists listen to your requests, and follow through. I went in requesting a very specific hair color, with little hope it would turn out the way I imagined. But to my surprise it was exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the salon has an ease about them that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in.

jay got my hair ruined....visited there for having hair coloring and it ended up very bad. All my expectations were gone once the work was complete. I told them to color my hair with fire red but at last without proper listening they colored strawberry pink... even they dint ask for apology...worst customer service.

Since leaving the suburbs, I have been searching far and wide for a salon that was parallel to the Jay Michael in Radnor. My dreams were finally answered when Jay Michael opened in the Phoenix. The staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive, and my stylist Morgan continuously makes sure that I walk out the door not only happy with the results that day, but the next day and the week after. After three different salons with three terrible experiences - Morgan is exactly what I've been looking for. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!

The staff has been very pleasant. Nadia has been a pleasure - and gives a good haircut, with great suggestions. I've been a client for just under a year, and am glad to have switched over.

I asked for an arrangement for the guests with high level personnel coming from over seas to attended an official celebration for the company. When I contacted the salon, the response from manager was very quick and nice. The location is also good close to Four seasons where the guests stayed. One of the guest asked Hair for Kimono and I heard she was very happy with the work by Miho.This might be a great place if you need to set up your hair for a special occasion!

I have been a client of Nadia's for many, many years. After trying to experiment with my own hair color and ending up with disasters, someone recommended I go seek Nadia's expertise. Sure enough she is an expert and I have followed her around for 14 years, would never go anywhere else, and if you are not happy with YOUR hair, I suggest you let her work her magic

When I saw my friend's beautiful highlights, I had to ask where she had them done. She told me Nadia at Jay Michael Salon at the Phoenix. I rushed to see her, and I was amazed by the color and cut she gave me! I have since become a loyal client of Nadia's and ALWAYS get told how beautiful my hair looks! If you want to turn heads, go see Nadia!!!!!

Shannon Does Not Disappoint. I love the Jay Michael Salon. While many upscale salons have a stuffy feel to them, you always feel welcome at Jay Michael. I've been going to Shannon for cuts and color for years, and have referred both male and female friends to her. Not one has been disappointed!

Jay Michael is the best salon in Center City. The staff is wonderful and friendly, the location is very convenient, Jackie is the best always gives me exactly what I want for my cut and color. And the salon itself is very warm and welcoming with great decor.
