Great Company to work with. After finding an area of black mold in our attic, I called a few companies and decided to go with Advanced Mold Diagnostics and have them come out to our home in Glen Mills and perform an inspection. I learned so much about our home and when I found out what the cause for the mold growth was in our attic I was shocked. Our home is not that old, about 9 years and we are the first owners. The bathroom exhaust was going into the attic and not out of the roof so all of the warm air from our bathroom was hitting the cold ceiling in the attic which caused condensation and then mold. Craig, our inspector, called it the stack effect I think. How can a builder forget to put the exhaust out through the roof? Craig did a thorough inspection of our whole home because I have a son with asthma. The rest of our house checked out clear and we had to have a small mold clean-up project in the attic. Craig's crew was amazing. They showed up everyday on time, were very polite, answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend Craig and his company. They were amazing.

Amazing Stucco Company. My wife and I own a stucco home in Chester County. We knew we had some problems with the stucco. We knew about some cracking and we were seeing some water staining by our windows on the inside which made us nervous and made us begin the search for someone to help. My wife came across Craig Camel and his company Advanced Mold Diagnostics. We cannot express how thankful we are that we found them. Craig came out and performed a stucco inspection and we learned so much about our home in the process. Craig explained everything as he went along during the inspection so we were not left with unanswered questions. We ultimately will be using his company to perform the stucco removal, remediation and replacement in the Spring and we look forward to having the stucco installed properly on our home.

Top Notch Mold Company. When we discovered mold in our basement, I was upset and called several mold detection companies before deciding to use Advanced Mold Diagnostics. They came to my home and discovered the cause of the problem. They provided me with a detailed report and a fair estimate to remediate the mold. I was very happy with the overall experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for mold testing and/or remediation.
