Great for when you're in a large group of non-picky and very broke peking duck lovers.
Wong's is a Must!!. My husband and I just moved to philadelphia and we just had to find a great chinese food place because we had heard so much about philly's chinatown. Coming from two parents are great chefs, I'm very picky about my food and let me tell you, for the price and service at Wong's, you can't miss. The noodles are so tasty and the food is very flavorful, not like most other chinese food where everything tastes the same. You can't expect great service at great asian restaurants, that's just how it is. It's cheap and It's YUMMMMYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing's Wong with Wong Wong. Well almost. Apart from the parking around Chinatown, Wong Wong is a very good Chinese restaurant. Not the best but better than most. We dined here a few hours ago. As we entered, we were greeted with "Happy New Year!" from the very friendly staff. The menu composes of over 300 items. We had two drinks, two small wonton soups, beef hong kong noodles and beef with chinese broccoli. We liked everything except for the fact that the noodles were a little salty. The beef used in the noodle dish seemed like "odds and ends" of the cow. The service was quick but then it quickly slowed down (waited 20 minutes for our check). It was alright though because the bill came to $21 excluding tip. It's a steal that you don't only need to come to lunch for.
