Quick, delicious, cheap

If you want a quick bowl of noodles or rice with unique flavor, this is the place. Very very inexpensive, this places serves up bowls of vermicelli and a wide rice noodle (called rice flake) with helpings of chopped lettuce, fresh mint and large crispy bean sprouts. A light sweet fish sauce with pickled carrots accompanies most plates. My favorite meat is the charbroiled pork, although all meats are great. The pork is so tender and has the flame taste cooked right in. Service is quick and no-nonsense. You sit down, order, get your food, pay and leave. This process often takes less than 25 minutes. Great place for a quick Vietnamese bite!
