Great Experience

A friend of mine recommended Friendly Mortgage to me 2 years ago and it was the best recommendation I've ever gotten from a friend. Steve and his team at Friendly Mortgage really took the time to understand my situation and help me look at several different options before jumping into anything. There was no pressure from FM at anytime. They outlined numerous options and helped guide me through the overwhelming process of refinancing. It was nice knowing I could call FM and actually talk to someone right away with any questions I had. The name Friendly Mortgage was no mistake on their part. I hope people reading this take this recommendation as I did from my friend, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Making homebuying stress-free and simple

I may be slightly biased as Steve is a long-time friend of mine, but he and his business (Friendly Mortgage) "do a friend proud"! For someone who wears as many hats as Steve, business-related, boards/charities/foundations, he takes such a personal interest and role in helping you get the best mortgage terms and walking you comfortably through the whole process leaving out not a single detail until you are thoroughly at ease. When Steve can't possibly do the hand-holding, his staff is right there to pick up where he left off. If you are a first-time homebuyer like myself or someone more seasoned looking for great rates and a one-stop shop for mortgage needs, Friendly Mortgage is your only and best option! Thanks, team for helping Doug and I walk smoothly into our amazing new home!

Has the two things you are looking for TRUST and GREAT RATES

I have bought and refinanced a few homes over the years. I am also somewhat knowledgeable about the current state of the mortgage industry. In my recent home purchase, I probably talked with seven different mortgage companies around the Allentown, PA area (as well as the big banks) and Friendly Mortgage was by far the best. First, they had as good or better rates as anyone else I talked to. More importantly (especially if you are buying a home) everyone that I spoke to who works there was very trustworthy and knew their business. They knew how to effectively navigate the ever-so-complicated mortgage industry of today. I can't thank everyone at Friendly Mortgage enough as they really came through for myself and my family!
