An all around exceptional experience. Friendly Mortgage was recommended to us by our real estate agent(Josh Solow at CitySpace, also Awesome.)

We spoke with Lam while trying to close quickly on our first house. Lam was extremely professional and easy to talk to and he was available literally anytime we had a question. It didn't matter if he was at a Phillies game or at dinner, our questions were always answered within minutes.

Not only that, but he got us a great rate!

When we closed, the entire team came in and helped us through a quick and easy closing. Friendly Mortgage made our largest purchase ever an extremely easy, low stress event.

Great Mortgage Experience. First, I need to apologize to Lam that it took me so long to write this. He is an amazing loan officer and deserved this review immediately following our close back in Fed 2010! We needed a fast turn-around on a mortage and Lam made it all happen. He held our hands through the whole process from beginning to end. Both Lam and Mike made the closing a wonderful experience. Friendly takes a stressful event and makes it a pleasant one. Plus, they offer great rates and different mortage options to suit any home owner.

Wonderful people, wonderful service!. The Friendly Mortgage team is fantastic! They are patient, helpful and extremely good at explaining each step of the house buying process. They care about people and go out of their way to meet the needs of their customers. Working with Friendly Mortgage was truly an enjoyable experience. Great Experience. A friend of mine recommended Friendly Mortgage to me 2 years ago and it was the best recommendation I've ever gotten from a friend. Steve and his team at Friendly Mortgage really took the time to understand my situation and help me look at several different options before jumping into anything. There was no pressure from FM at anytime. They outlined numerous options and helped guide me through the overwhelming process of refinancing. It was nice knowing I could call FM and actually talk to someone right away with any questions I had. The name Friendly Mortgage was no mistake on their part. I hope people reading this take this recommendation as I did from my friend, you certainly won't be disappointed.

Making homebuying stress-free and simple. I may be slightly biased as Steve is a long-time friend of mine, but he and his business (Friendly Mortgage) "do a friend proud"! For someone who wears as many hats as Steve, business-related, boards/charities/foundations, he takes such a personal interest and role in helping you get the best mortgage terms and walking you comfortably through the whole process leaving out not a single detail until you are thoroughly at ease. When Steve can't possibly do the hand-holding, his staff is right there to pick up where he left off. If you are a first-time homebuyer like myself or someone more seasoned looking for great rates and a one-stop shop for mortgage needs, Friendly Mortgage is your only and best option! Has the two things you are looking for TRUST and GREAT RATES. I have bought and refinanced a few homes over the years. I am also somewhat knowledgeable about the current state of the mortgage industry. In my recent home purchase, I probably talked with seven different mortgage companies around the Allentown, PA area (as well as the big banks) and Friendly Mortgage was by far the best. First, they had as good or better rates as anyone else I talked to. More importantly (especially if you are buying a home) everyone that I spoke to who works there was very trustworthy and knew their business. They knew how to effectively navigate the ever-so-complicated mortgage industry of today. I can't thank everyone at Friendly Mortgage enough as they really came through for myself and my family!

Mortgage Company Holds Your Hand. I have had several experiences obtaining mortages and none was as pleasant, respectful and hassle-free. Peter and Liz at Friendly deserve their excellent reputation. I would recommend them without qualification.

Lam was always accomodating even when I showed up unexpectedly. Liz is just the person I would want if this were my business. Thanx a bunch guys!!!
