An all around exceptional experience. Friendly Mortgage was recommended to us by our real estate agent(Josh Solow at CitySpace, also Awesome.) We spoke with Lam while trying to close quickly on our first house. Lam was extremely professional and easy to talk to and he was available literally anytime we had a question. It didn't matter if he was at a Phillies game or at dinner, our questions were always answered within minutes.
