A wonderful and pleasant experience. I sold the third and last portion of my coin collection here yesterday and want to say I have been very pleased with the transactions. They are very, very knowledgeable when it come to knowing what they are doing. After 50 years of collecting Frank told me coin history I didn't even know, he was a real master in his field in my eyes. I would like to also mention after trudging through coin shops for the last 5 decades this shop was one of the cleanest, most pleasant and well light stores I have been in. They even have three different types of lighting for the customers benefit, that I never saw anywhere before. We all must do what we need to do when selling items but I would go back again and again and wouldn't hesitate in sending anyone to this company. Ed Hollister

Helpful to me and many of my friends. I have been here to disperse a rather nice coin collection my grandfather put together. I read these reveiws and went in without the collection at first to check it out. I was impressed with thier knowledge and pleased with the friendly manner they spoke to me with the thousand questions I had. At this time the didn't even know I had coins. They passed my test and I went in the following week, suprisingly enough they remembered me by name, bought my collection, shocked me with it's value and now I don't hesitate to tell friends and co-workers to go thier if they need a coin dealer. I couldn't be happier, I think you will be to. Trust them it is worth it in my opinion!

Thank you for your kindness. My family had a HUGE coin collection. Nothing amazing but tons and tons of weight. Rolls of coins, bags of coins. So much that it took us 4 trips in two weeks to disperse it with Frank and Sandy. The were patient, helpful and generous. Go there, just stepping into the store is amazing there is so much there. You will get treated right and fairly. Guys, thank you,. Future customers...you will be pleased you went.

I appreciate everything you folks did for us. I had a coin collection appraised by Coins and Currency and had to run the appraisal by 3 sisters and a brother before we could sell it. Frank graciously appraised the collection without any idea that he may buy it. Infact we told him we probably wouldn't sell it, I assumed someone in the family would want it. His appraisal fee was small and values he gave were honest. After the insanity of settling this portion of the estate we decided to sell since that seemed the easisiet way to divide it among the 5 of us. ONE PROBLEM, this decision was made last Sunday and I was on a plane the next day. Frank and Sandy graciously opened the store for me and my sister so we could do the deal and I could catch my early morning flight the next day. Not many people would bend over backwards for anyone these days but it is clear to my family that the owners of this store have a deep and honest pride in their work. I don't live in the are to give any friends references so I felt the least I could do was let others know I would never hesitate to recommend them, thank you for everything you did. Adam

I GO HERE EVERY WEEK. Really a wonderful experience with this shop everytime I go. I trust the owner and his staff to treat me fairly and give me good advise on building my collection. Their prices are very competitive and they pay quite well for coins because they sell them quite quickly. You can bring them anything from coins which should be melted to museum pieces and they have the knowledge and the integrity to handle your needs and pay you fairly.

Top Notch. I don't know the first thing about coins, but got left with some old, old pennies. And a headache. I called Coins and Currency and got free advice without even promising to come in. I wanted to sort them myself, and see if I could guess what they'd be worth. Good thing I called first because I almost cleaned them, so I could read the dates, which apparently, would have ruined them. Frank's advice kept me from screwing up. It didn't take me too long of trying to look them up before I decided I bring them to the store instead. Frank is so freakin' knowledgeable that he was able to sort them quite quickly. There were a few good coins, and he explained why some were better than others. He didn't charge me for consulting. He didn't pressure me to sell him the coins. He was just sharing his knowledge. And he didn't make me feel stupid. I knew I was talking to a guy who loved what he was doing. And when I found out he was a history buff, his line of work made a lot of sense.

The finest coin store in the area. I would normally even bother writing an review, isn't my style BUT I went to the shop based on the reviews I read and will say that every thing I read was spot on. These guys take the time to teach you, and help so when your selling You feel good about what your doing. I have just completed selling my collection of 40 years, went in every Wednesday for 9 weeks and NEVER wondered if I was being treated fairly. I would suggest any one go there if they want top dollar and a good evironment.

A nice pleasant experience...and profitable. I went to see this company on the suggestion of a co-worker (Frank and Sandy) were working in the store at the time. From my first pleasant greeting to the writing of my nice check I was treated with respect and they were happy to answer ALL of my questions without hesitation. I was pleased with the service, felt they were trust worthy after a few questions and I was clearly coming back with my other coins after this trasaction took place. Frank and Sandy, thank you VERY MUCH!

A very experience group of people. I made one trip with my misc lot of coins and a grabbag of jewelry on the suggestion of a co-worker. I had read the other reviews, considered what my co-worker told me her experience was so I decided to give it a go. Honestly, I was more than impressed, everything from the honest discussion as to why the items I had were or were not of value. They didn't talk down to me and seemed to really enjoy dealing with me. It is clear they love thier work and treat the customers well because of it. I would not hesitate to send anyone to this shop.

My favorite coin shop. Quite the best coin shop in the Philadelphia area. Whether you are interested in bullion or seriously collecting rare coins - you will not be disappointed here. If you have gold or silver to sell, or old coins in general from anywhere in the world, this is the place to go. You will be treated fairly and paid more than other dealers.
