bad attitudes & poor customer service........
these two things combined will put you out of business!
i had a terrible experience at this salon.
a word of advice to the proprietor, please don't accept walk-ins if you can't service them within a reasonable amount of time.
please turn on some heat in the basement where your customers wait to be serviced.
