Decent Flowers...Terrible setup and customer service!!!. I have never experienced such terrible customer service from any vendor. The flowers themselves were somewhat attractive, however they were set up incorrectly or not at all. After our event, we notified them of the things they neglected to do which they initially blamed on the venue and gave us the run-around for quite a while. Subsequently, they admitted their mistakes but have refused to reimburse us. Our only choice is legal action, which we are not undertaking as the cost of a lawyer outweighs the financial gain.

In sum, Precious Petals is not worth using. There business is run by amateurs who have no concern for the party-planners once they have gotten their up-front payment. For similar or lesser prices, you can surely find a vendor to provide you beautiful flowers and better customer service!!
