They are very professional and accomodating! The owners go out of their way to make sure your day is perfect. I know exactly who the bride is below becasue I was at the store when she was there. Talking about a drama quenn, this bride created such a scene for herself and nothing she states is true. She has been going from website to website trying to give them bad reviews but, that won't destroy Arielle Bridal. They are wonderful and this bride must have some issues!
Arielle Bridal has the most unprofessional customer service..
Another example of how Arielle Bridal causes major drama. I've been followed by a member of the shop disputing my review on every review site and personally insulted. Apparently, They have quite a bit of time on their hands (sales must be that bad, its a warning enough)and I'm not allowed to practice my right of free speech (they have even gone as far as saying that I lied about my brother-in-laws death so I could act like a drama queen - what type of person accuses that? That's just cruel to say. Weddings are enough drama with the guest list. Save yourself the headache and skip Arielle Bridal. They are completely unprofessional and have proven it by being very nasty to me even on the internet. Like I said completely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Don't get involved with this drama. If a customer wanted to show their support and say Arielle Bridal was a great store, why insult someone else? Why not take the high road and not mention me? Because they like to cause DRAMA. Please, I'm begging you, spare yourself, there are plenty of other bridal stores to take your business to, don't make the mistake I did. They have way too much time on their hands to talk about you even after you leave the store. Listen to the bad reviews on this site.
My original review - This shop is completely unprofessional and has horrible customer service. I unfortunately had some trouble getting there and had to cancel some appointments, and the owner was not accomandating at all. They had this agenda that I was going to buy the dress and immediately leave. When I didn't do that, things went completely down hill. They rushed me out of the store. They also made comments the entire time I was there about my family. When I finally left to calm down, I was followed by the salesperson, and was threatened and told I was not allowed to buy the dress. I was completely astounded by their bizarre behavior. I would not recommend this place.
Terrible experience. I had scheduled an appointment at Arielle Bridal and had a family emergency in which I needed to cancel the day of. Naturally when the situation arose cancelling my appointment wasn't on top of my priorty list. I did call about 45 minutes past my appointment time just to let them I wouldn't be in. When I called to explain I wasn't going to be in the woman that answered the phone had a huge attitude with me letting me know that my appointment time was 45 minutes ago. I have never had anyone be so rude to me over the phone before. I didn't even bother to let them know there was a reason for my cancellation. I'm glad I found out now rather than later that customer service is not a priorty at this salon.
Great Service. My daughter's dress was damaged at David's Bridal two months before her wedding. We ended up at Arielle's in Ambler, PA looking for another dress. They saved the day. Can you imagine trying to find a dress two months before the wedding? April (one of the owners) spent a couple of hours with us calling manufacturers to see how quickly they could get a dress to us. She finally showed us a dress my daughter didn't want to try on at first, but April encouraged her so she did. It looked beautiful on her and April was able to get the dress within a week. I couldn't have asked for better service. The dress was so much prettier than the dress from David's. We were very lucky to have found Arielles.
Overbearing and unhelpful service.. My experience at this salon was pretty painful. They have a very limited selection -- if you don't want a strapless poofy ball gown, don't bother going. There was another woman who had an appointment at the same time as me, and despite the fact that there were 3 saleswomen, I was helped by a woman who said she doesn't usually help customers. She was extremely rude. She was pushy, bossy, and even insulting at times. She offered her opinions without us asking for them, which was pretty unhelpful because she had very different taste than me. On the upside, she was very willing to get me into and out of the dresses. I had a much better saleswoman at David's Bridal, where the dresses cost about 1/10 the price.
Worst Bridal Experience I Have Ever Had.. My whole Bridal party bought our dresses from Arielle Bridal. When we first went into the store, the owners were friendly and helpful. Once we gave our payments for the dresses in full, the service changed dramatically. A majority of the bridal party received dresses that were one size too big (keep in mind the owners measured us and told us which dresses to purchase). Of course, we could have told the owners we wanted smaller sizes, but when I told them I thought the dress size they were going to order was too big, they said I was wrong and assured me they were ordering the correct sizes. Even if this was an honest mistake made by the owners (which I understand could be the case), when I tried to discuss the problem with them, one of the owners was very rude and even yelled at me over the phone when she got frustrated with me. I could not have had a WORSE experience buying bridal gowns and would never recommend this establishment to anyone. It is hard to believe someone would run their very own store in this manner.
