The Spectrum is the FU Center's older, littler brother. While the Center hogs all the big shows (conventions, U2 and Allen Iverson), the Spectrum hosts minor league pro events, college basketball tournaments, concerts too rowdy for the Center, and a number of family events. Since 1995, the Spectrum has been the site for Atlantic 10 basketball post-season action between Temple, La Salle, St. Joseph's and more. The Kixx soccer team calls the Spectrum home, and the Phantoms, the city's minor league hockey team, play game here too.
